Wholesale Status:

- Ongoing in-store representation to maintain wholesale status for brick & mortar
WHOLESALE ORDER MINIMUMS:
New Accounts: $1500 Wholesale
Current Accounts: $1500 Wholesale / Per year
Re-Orders:
- Made-to-order $1500-ish Wholesale
- Ready-to-Ship $NONE
Deposits:
- Initial order for new accounts- 50% Deposit
- Existing accounts- 20% Deposit
Prices: Prices listed are USD and valid for confirmed orders only, please login to view wholesale pricing
Wholesale discounts:
- In-collections works - 50%
- Custom works & sizing - 40%
Lead Times: In-stock work ships within 7-14 days. Please contact us directly to request expedited ship times
Made-to-order lead times are 12-20 weeks, but vary seasonally
Order Items: Dimensions are approximate. Size, shape, glaze and clay color of each piece will vary due to the inherent characteristics of handmade ceramics
Payment: Ready-to-Ship order payments are due when order is placed
Shipping fees are on the site calculated incorrectly for Wholesale Orders, so please note that the quoted shipping amount at the time or ordering will be adjusted after it is packed and additional shipping fees may be incurred
Opening Made-to-Order orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit and the balance is due prior to shipping. Subsequent orders payments are due prior to shipping
Order Confirmation & Cancellation: Orders placed at a trade show or online are subject to final approval by MQuan. Changes & additions to the order must occur within 2 weeks of placing order
Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped, fully insured via UPS Ground
Customers are responsible for shipping costs
Backorders: Backorder shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Partials will not be shipped without customers consent
Returns & Exchanges: Wholesale orders are final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Orders received damaged or with incorrect or missing styles must be reported within 3 days of receipt. For damaged work we ask that all packaging photographed and kept intact for insurance purposes
