Ceramic Studio Assistant (Part-Time / Flexible)

• Clean & process small ceramic components 
• Repetitive, hands-on work — great for someone who likes listening to podcasts or audiobooks while they work
• Some clay experience needed, but also open to people with hands-on craft backgrounds — baking, crafting, kitchen prep — anyone used to careful, repetitive tasks
• Must be precise and careful, efficient and keep a good pace
• Trial period $20 per hour
• Pay: $25/Hour

Social Media Content Assistant (Part-Time / Flexible)

• Meet 1x every 2 weeks (about 1 hour) to review ideas, stories, images, copy, and text
• I provide the raw content — You upload/post finished content to relevant platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Substack, etc.
  
• Ideal for someone comfortable navigating and formatting to multiple social platforms 
• Remote / async-friendly outside of the biweekly meeting 
  
• Starting Pay: $25/Hour Negotiable with experience

FILLED Sales & Marketing Assistant to Michele 

Part time

• Working with Michele to: Answer emails, Field sales requests, Pull orders and prep for shipping, Monitor social media communications, Assist to organize events
  

 

FILLED Studio Tech- Work Exchange

Part-time / Approximately 4 hours per week

• Compensation - Personal studio work time (negotiable) & firings at Clay School
  
• All firing costs included in exchange (<Cone 6)
• Recycled clay is included 
• Tasks: Mixing glazes, Studio maintenance- vacuuming, mopping, general maintenance (2 studios)
