Order Info- FAQ
WORK: All ceramics is handmade & assembled in Brooklyn, NY. Images are hand painted and fired in a gas kiln. Due to the inherent qualities & process of hand formed ceramics- colors, sizes and shapes will vary from piece to piece, and no two pieces are exactly alike, so we ask that you please take that into consideration when purchasing. We strive for consistency in replicating the work while simultaneously embracing the unique qualities the kiln and our hands may bring.
SHIPPING: USA domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and are fully insured and traceable unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be forwarded, but please feel free to contact us to check the status.
Please note: If you would like to request shipping outside of the USA please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may provide a shipping quote. Additional charges will apply for these services. NOTE- as of June 1, 2020 we have temporarily suspended international shipping until further notice.
SHIP TIMES: All in-stock items (not including pre-order) ship within approximately 5 business days of purchase. All pre-order items ship within approximately 8-12 weeks.
SHIPPING FEES: We offer free domestic UPS Ground shipping on orders $150 and above (not including AK or HI). Orders below $150 have the option to ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2 Day.

PAYMENT: We accept all credit cards and PayPal.
TAXES: All purchases delivered within New York State are subject to state sales tax of 8.875%.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final & may not be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Returns are available for in-stock orders only. All pre-orders may be exchanged or returned for credit.
To return or exchange a purchase please notify MQuan Studio at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt.
Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition. Returns must be sent via UPS or Federal Express, insured for the full purchase amount, and safely packed in order to be eligible for a refund. Once received intact, a refund (minus the original shipping fee) will be issued.
Note: If an item is broken during return shipping due insufficient packing the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the piece.
Exchanges will be issued a store credit once the returned item is received in its original condition. The replacement piece may be purchased through our website.
PACKING RETURNS: If possible, recycle original packing material to send back work in. The general rule of thumb for ceramics is that you should not be able to feel the ceramic piece through the protective wrap. The work should then be placed within a box at least 2 inches away from the box walls and packed tightly with peanuts so that the work does not shift during transit. If you have any questions regarding safely packing our work please do not hesitate to reach out.
